Enterprise Digital Business Automation Sales Account Manager

Genus Technologies seeks a Sales Account Manager with expertise in creating and executing sales and marketing activities that drive client revenue from professional services, and to some extent, software sales. In this position, you will be a member of our broader professional services organization, and as such, are very important to building on our success. Your passion for innovation will fuel solution growth both for our clients and business growth for Genus.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
You will partner with internal team members to create solutions based on customer needs, including solution implementation and future customer growth potential customer’s operations, and secure the customer’s business
You will use vendor specific software tools and register client opportunities to ensure receipt of vendor fees
B.A. or B.S. degree in marketing, technology, or related fields
10 years of experience in professional services sales
Experience with digital business automation technologies (i.e., Case Management, Business Process Management, Content Services)
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Rock Star Qualifications
Experience with the IBM sales and channels organizations
